Maciej Kalikowski is the Founder and Director of Kaliju Peritus Ltd, bringing more than 13 years of leadership experience across security management, risk management, health & safety, compliance, crisis management, and organisational resilience within luxury hospitality and corporate environments.
Maciej began his career in operational security and progressed from Security Officer through supervisory and management positions to Director-level leadership roles within internationally recognised luxury hospitality organisations. This journey has provided first-hand insight into the challenges of career progression, leadership development, operational excellence, and building resilient organisations.
Throughout his career, Maciej has successfully led hotel pre-opening projects, established and developed high-performing security departments, implemented integrated health & safety and security management systems, and strengthened organisational resilience through effective risk management, crisis preparedness, and compliance programmes.
Working closely with executive leadership teams, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and emergency services, Maciej has built a reputation for delivering practical solutions that protect people, safeguard assets, strengthen organisational resilience, and support sustainable business performance.

Throughout his career, Maciej repeatedly observed two recurring challenges.
