Between 24 and 48 Hours' Notice

Clients may:

• Reschedule their session on one occasion without additional charge.

Refunds will generally not be available.

Less Than 24 Hours' Notice

The session will normally be treated as delivered and no refund will be provided.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the session being considered completed and the fee retained in full.

Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Kaliju Peritus Ltd.
